Lucia is a senior regulatory and financial crime legal and compliance expert with over 15 years’ experience in banking law, AML/CTF compliance, and regulatory risk management in Australia.
She has advised global and Australian financial institutions on complex financial crime compliance frameworks, regulatory change, and risk governance, with a strong focus on meeting Australian AML/CTF obligations and supervisory expectations.
Her work involves helping organisations understand and comply with AML/CTF laws and AUSTRAC requirements, particularly in newly regulated sectors. Lucia provides practical, risk-based advice on AML/CTF program design and implementation, customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, governance, and ongoing compliance obligations.
